A)  Yes,  we provide packing materials for your move after the order is confirmed.
All sort of needs for packing such as Moving Boxes, Bubble Wrap, Wardrop Boxes, Wrapping Paper etc.

A) The minimum booking hours for house movers is 2 hours. Any additional time will be charged at the standard rate for the service you have chosen.

A) The bookings can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the booked time. However, the booking deposit can not be refunded. any bookings cancelled within the 24 hour period will result in a extra $300 cancellation fee.

A) We are not responsible for any damage during the relocation process, please purchase your own home insurance in advance.

A) Yes, a deposit of $500 is needed for the booking.

A) Our Moving Team operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

A) We can offer a packing service as part of your removal, either as a full packing service where we pack everything for you, or a partial packing service depending on what suits your requirements. Also if you do decide to pack everything yourself, we can also just undertake the collection and delivery only. Packing materials can also be purchased through us.

A) We can offer a dismantling and reassembling service for your furniture, please speak to your surveyor about the items you would want us to dismantle and reassemble. Items such as bed frames and wardrobes are quite commonly dismantled to ensure we can move them to and from their location. However, some furniture are not designed to be dismantled and reassembled multiple times. It cannot be 100% recovered as same as before after reassembled. Of course MooveBear will do the the best for you.

A) The short answer is ‘the earlier, the better’. During the busy periods, such as end of the month, the summer, our diaries fill up very fast, so to avoid disappointment you are best to book your move as soon as possible,. Just keep in contact with MooveBear your service manager and they will help you throughout the process and can also identify how busy their diaries are getting at each point in the year.
